Connie is the embodiment of Romano Realty’s mantra, “when you work with us, you work with family!” This is demonstrated when she unabashedly responds to “what’s most important to her” by saying, “My family. They are my WHY!” This theme is also supported when she shares that her husband, Bill, is who she most admires for he has done to build their amazing family business over 30 years! Furthermore, and most important for her clients, is her familial, emotional approach to customer service. Connie shares, “I treat every single one of my buyers (and sellers) as family. I listen to their needs/wants and take the stress out of the transaction. I treat them all as I would expect someone to take care of my family.”

Having worked in a law firm for many years and being part of a family-owned-and-operated restaurant, Connie brought a wealth of varied experience when she launched her real estate career in 2016. She learned to work with many different people, and believes communication is key. She’s passionate about helping her clients in an exciting new chapter in their lives making new memories.
